During our stay, it was quite noisy in the hotel, especially from kids running around in the halls. The breakfast options were too limited and did not cater well to families. we had to pay extra for a cheaper option that was not included. The pillows were overly soft and uncomfortable, which negatively impacted our sleep.

I stayed in a King Room with Balcony for 1 night. The bed was super comfy, which was a lifesaver after a long day. The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but it worked just fine for us.
